Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Oshie was the 24th overall pick of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. He spent the past three seasons playing for the University of North Dakota, leading the Fighting Sioux to three straight NCAA Frozen Four appearances.
The 21-year-old native of Everett, Washington was a first team All-WCHA selection, finishing with a team-leading 45 points on 18 goals and 27 assists in 42 games this past season. He registered 59 goals and 83 assists for 142 points in 129 collegiate games.
"I am happy that the Blues have been patient with me over the past couple of years," said Oshie. "I am now ready and proud to wear the Blue Note next season."
Eller was selected with the 13th overall pick in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. The 19-year-old native of Denmark helped Frolunda J20 capture the Swedish Junior-20 SuperElit Championship. He also played with Frolunda of the Swedish Elite League and with Boras HC of the Swedish First League this past season.
"I am really excited about signing with the Blues," said Eller. "It has always been my dream to play in the NHL and I am one step closer to achieving my ultimate goal."
